Senior Paid Media Executive

You've built strong foundations in Paid Media.

Now you're looking for a role where you can take greater ownership, influence strategy and work more closely with clients while continuing to grow your career.

At Jaywing, you'll manage integrated paid media campaigns across search, social and programmatic, helping ambitious brands achieve measurable growth through intelligent, data-led marketing.

You'll work alongside experienced strategists and performance specialists while having the autonomy to make recommendations, optimise performance and build trusted client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the day-to-day success of campaigns while contributing to broader strategy and client growth.

You'll:

• Plan, implement and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
• Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and pacing
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through testing, automation and optimisation
• Present insights and recommendations to clients with confidence
• Collaborate with specialists across SEO, Creative and Digital Experience
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms and industry developments
• Support the development of more junior team members where appropriate

What We're Looking For

You'll likely bring:

• Around 3+ years' experience in Paid Media
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta and GA4
• Excellent analytical and commercial thinking
• Confidence presenting campaign insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns across different clients
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Experience with Programmatic and Supermetrics would be highly regarded.
