
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Packaging Engineering to support our Twin Falls Operations team. This role is focused on manufacturing floor execution, equipment performance, and reliability- ensuring packaging systems run efficiently and consistently at high levels of OEE. This position is embedded in plant operations and focused on execution, troubleshooting, and performance
This leader will serve as a self-starter and technical problem solver, working closely with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues, stabilize performance, and drive performance improvement across packaging lines. The role also plays a critical part in transitioning packaging systems from new product development into day-to-day operations, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and operationally sound.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in corrugate, sleeves, and overwrap systems, along with experience managing supplier execution and packaging specifications
*This is an onsite role in our Twin Falls, Idaho plant and is not eligible for remote/hybrid schedules, relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
7+ years of experience in packaging engineering within a manufacturing environment
2+ years of leadership experience a plus
Strong, hands-on experience supporting high-speed production lines
Deep expertise in:
Corrugated packaging systems
Sleeves and overwrap technologies
Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and material issues on the manufacturing floor
Proven ability to improve OEE, reliability, and performance, with a hands-on approach to understanding how equipment, materials, and supplier execution impact line performance
Experience working directly with suppliers, specifications, and material performance
Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

The salary range for this full-time position is $130,500.00 - $205,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
