Employment type: Ongoing, Full Time (Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm)
Salary: $108,197 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation

Bring your trade, operational or industry expertise to a role where your skills can make a real difference. Whether your background is in Carpentry or Cabinet/Furniture Manufacturing or associated you’ll lead and mentor Overseers while coaching and supporting inmates to build practical, job-ready skills.
You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering daily operations, driving productivity, efficiency and commercial outcomes while creating a positive, collaborative workplace. Your leadership will help prepare inmates for meaningful employment after release, while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, compliance and customer service.

The Successful candidates are provided with paid training to undertake Certificate III in Correctional Practice at an allocated Corrective Services Academy training facility.
