Lead and deliver internal OT security projects across Knauf’s production environments, working with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement practical, scalable security solutions
Conduct threat and risk assessments for industrial control systems, production networks, and automation environments, defining effective mitigation measures to reduce exposure
Strengthen OT asset management, security monitoring, and incident response, helping to improve visibility, detection, and response capabilities across internal industrial environments
Design and support secure IT/OT network segmentation and architecture concepts, establishing clear security zones and improving the resilience of connected production systems
Act as a trusted OT security advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring cybersecurity requirements, controls, and continuous improvement measures are embedded throughout the lifecycle of OT systems
Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field, with solid experience in OT security engineering and broader cybersecurity roles
Strong hands-on knowledge of OT/ICS environments, including production systems, industrial communication protocols, and the security challenges of IT/OT convergence
Experienced in threat analysis, vulnerability management, asset discovery, and incident response within complex industrial or manufacturing environments
Familiar with recognised OT security frameworks and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, KRITIS, NIS2, or the Cyber Resilience Act; relevant certifications are a strong plus
A clear, collaborative communicator with strong analytical skills, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams in a large, international organisation
