The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a Senior-Level Training Specialist to present Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) training and tradecraft instruction for DIA/NDOC and potentially the DIE stakeholders and our FVEY partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. This position will be located at one of our customer sites in Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

Responsibilities Include:
Execute all facets of OSINT training, preparation and presentation utilizing various training methods, including instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support.
Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses, including gap, contextual, and root-cause analyses.
Create lesson plans, presentations, and curricula for educational goals.
Create and conduct training evaluations, both formative and summative, across all levels for maximum impact.
Maintain training materials within assigned educational systems (e.g., AGILE, TDC)
Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and incorporate relevant updates into training products.
Review and recommend training best practices, innovative instructional and learning strategies and associated technologies to optimize learning and achieve learning objectives.
Recommend additional course modules or updates based on student feedback, evolving threats, changing operational environment of the internet, new missions, or other customer requirements.
Work in conjunction with the NOSC and DOSC combined subcommittee on Training and Tradecraft to develop and implement tradecraft notes
Clearance Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
U.S. Citizenship required per program requirements.
Bachelor's Degree and twelve years of experience with developing and presenting OSINT training.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Masters Degree.
Successful polygraph within the last 5 years is a significant advantage and preferred.
Training/teaching certification
Proficiency with OSINT tools, platforms, and analytic techniques.
OSINT certification (for example EOSINT USMC, OS301 or OS302 Army, ONI OSINT Fundamentals, DIA BOTC, NGA OSINT, SOCOM NERD).
Experience working with eLearning and online training platforms, such as AGILE and BLACKBOARD.
Prior experience with customer, DoW stakeholders or IC.
Prior experience working with FVEY partners.

Pay Range $105,300.00 - $190,350.00
