
Odyssey is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to support an Air Force acquisition mission on the EB contract at Eglin AFB, Florida This role provides high‑level administrative and operational coordination to division leadership.

Minimum Required Qualifications
ClearanceMust have a current Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Education: Associates degree and 10 years relevant experience; OR Bachelors degree and 7 years relevant experience; OR Masters degree and 5 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
ClearanceCurrent Top Secret
Education: Bachelors degree and 10 years relevant experience
Technical Skills
• File structuring and digital organization• Network drive navigation and file uploading• Records management and compliance with government standards• Handling and preparing physical records for destruction
Interpersonal Skills
• Clear communication• Attention to detail• Reliability and follow‑through on multi‑step processes• Professionalism in handling government records and interacting with stakeholders
