What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
The Senior Organizational Development Consultant – Change Management serves as a senior internal consultant responsible for leading complex organizational development and change initiatives that advance strategic business priorities. This role partners with executives, senior leaders, HR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop change strategies, and deliver solutions that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives.
As a senior individual contributor, the Senior OD Consultant works with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to influence at all levels of the organization, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate business strategy into practical organizational and change solutions. The role leads engagements from initial assessment and contracting through design, implementation, measurement, and sustainment.

Experience Requirements
Five (5) plus years of experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, management consulting, or a related discipline, preferably within, or consulting to, a large, complex enterprise.
Demonstrated experience serving as an internal or external consultant and independently advising senior leaders on complex organizational and change challenges.
Significant practical experience leading change management activities, including change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change strategy, communications, training, leadership alignment, adoption, and sustainment.
Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation, preferably involving HR, Digital, Finance, HCM, ERP, or other enterprise-wide technology and process changes.
Enterprise-wide transformation or implementation experience required; HR Transformation, Financial Transformation, Oracle HCM or Oracle ERP experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, diagnose complex organizational issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience developing metrics and using data and insights to evaluate change adoption, organizational effectiveness, and program outcomes.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field required.
Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
Professional change management certification or formal methodology experience, such as Prosci/ADKAR or an equivalent framework, preferred.
