In this role, you'll:



You’ll delivers expert design services, reviews and implementation of organisational structures through a range of activities. These activities include advisory support, governance and supporting frameworks that enable sustained performance and improved business outcomes.



You’ll provide advice on the design, development and implementation of organisational structures, including job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition.



You’ll manage organisational designs, ensuring design principles are considered, offer strategic and forward thinking, are compliant with design standards and review and adjust throughout Project life cycle ensuring structure remains fit for purpose.



This permanent position is available in a hybrid working model which are aligned with our Flexible Working Arrangements procedures which offers hybrid arrangements subject to approvals including having a mix of two to three days in our Macquarie Park office as well as remote working. The team anchor days are Monday and Wednesday at Macquarie Park.

About you



Being Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Capability Development, resource scheduling) or equivalent experience, you’ll have demonstrated ability to build and sustain cohesive and effective multidisciplinary teams, maximising performance at an individual and team level through a transformational period.



You’ll have demonstrated experience in either recruitment, mobility, or workforce policy, and strategic workforce management.



You will be comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.



You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships, and remove barriers to drive the desired outcome.
