Senior Oracle Analytics Consultant

Experience Required

6+ Years

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Analytics Consultant with strong experience in financial domains to design, develop, and optimize enterprise analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics technologies, financial reporting, data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder management.

The consultant will work closely with finance teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable BI and analytics solutions that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Gather business requirements from finance and business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain semantic models, datasets, KPIs, scorecards, and data visualizations.
• Build financial dashboards related to:
  • P&L Reporting
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Revenue Analysis
  • Expense Tracking
  • Cash Flow Reporting
  • Financial Performance Metrics
  • Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and integration from ERP and financial systems.
• Optimize report performance, query tuning, and dashboard usability.
• Support UAT, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ETL developers, finance teams, and project managers.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting standards are maintained.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance where required.

• Experience integrating multiple data sources
• Exposure to cloud analytics environments
• Agile/Scrum project experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Oracle certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Oracle Analytics experience.
• Proven experience working on financial analytics/reporting projects.
