Job Summary

The Sr Postgre Administrator plays a critical role in the Support & Operations team by providing advanced technical support for PostgreSQL environments. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Postgresql Incidents By Analyzing Issues And Implementing Effective Troubleshooting Methodologies To Resolve Problems Efficiently.
2. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Incidents, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Technical And Security Issues While Adhering To Quality Standards And Company Policies.
3. Engage In Knowledge Base Management By Documenting Solutions And Updates, Facilitating Training Sessions For New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Their Skills.
4. Resolve Escalated Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain A Strong Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Mitigating Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Postgresql Administration And Postgrems Sql.
2. Solid Understanding Of Oracle Rac/Asm And Mysql Administration.
3. Familiarity With Incident Management Tools And Processes.
4. Strong Analytical Skills For Effective Root Cause Analysis And Troubleshooting.
5. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration And Customer Interaction.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Postgresql Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Professional (Ocp) For Oracle Database Administration
