Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a Senior or Lead IT Auditor to join their team.As a Senior or Lead IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our IT systems and controls. You will provide independent value-added internal audit services, assessing governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of assigned audit projects, including scoping, risk identification, control assessment, testing, and reporting.
• Manage audit projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to department standards.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
• Leverage data analysis techniques to identify risks and assess control effectiveness.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT processes and controls, including application development, change management, security, and business continuity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business/finance, or equivalent training.
• 5-7+ years of IT audit or information technology experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT auditing standards and control frameworks (IIA, COBIT, NIST Cyber, CSC, ISO2700x).
• CISA and/or CISSP certifications required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
