The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of CRO strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Optimisation Manager, you will manage a team of CRO & UX specialists that offer end-to-end Optimisation & UX delivery across clients. Whilst you will be the senior escalation point for your team and clients, you will have the support of the senior leadership team and people in similar roles, meaning you will have the freedom to make your mark on our department, but in a supportive environment.
As aSenior Optimisation Manager (POD Lead)your focus will be to:
Lead a team of CRO & UX Specialists, including Strategists, Designers, Data Analysts, Researchers and Developers. This will include resource management,prioritisationand the direct management of the team. You will have support from experts in Data, Design, Research and Development sodon’tneed to be experienced in all these disciplines.
Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, providing guidance to theteamsleading each account, ensuring that our clients get value for theirinvestment
Review yourteamsclient strategies, ensuring they align with long-term clientobjectives These can include but are not limited to A/B testing, a page/journey redesigns, optimisation of the acquisition journey and site speed optimisation.
Be accountable for your clients,determiningpotential threats and finding solutions to keep clients happy and investing in ourservices
Lead annual,quarterlyand monthly reviews for clients, communicating the success of our optimisation programmes with senior clientstakeholders
Instilla culture of evidence-based approach to website optimisationthroughout the team, using quantitative and qualitative methods totruly understandour clients’ products and customers.
Direct resource planning for your team, working with the Strategists to set deadlines and prioritise activity.
Build relationships with our wider agencyteams;such as PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates, Analytics etc. Using these relationships to find ways tocollaborate
Find areas for revenue growth, increasing your client investment, finding cross-sellopportunitiesor working with our sales team to bring in newclients
Organise and deliver trainingsessions for all members of the team
Analyse our proposition and work with your team toadvanceourservices, innovating and harnessing the skills of the team to ensurewe’reat the forefront of CRO in themarket
We are looking for:
The successful candidate will need to be able to manage a team and portfolio ofclientsso the following skillsets arerequired
Direct management experienceincluding creating and following personal development plans.
You need to have comprehensive knowledge of CRO and UX, covering A/B-testing,personalisationand UXprojects
Excellent communication skills, being able to lead difficult client calls/meetings at short notice and steer them to actionableconclusions
Ability to mentor and coach your teamon all things CRO, and instilla desire for them to continually learn anddevelop
