You’ll be part of a cross-functional team focused on driving performance improvement and continuous transformation across the Aibonito manufacturing site. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Leadership teams to embed a culture of Operational Excellence through the Baxter Operating System (BOS) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
