This is a fully on-site, in office role

Job Responsibilities:

· Build deep expertise in islanded operation of Bloom Energy fuel cells.

· Address system alarms promptly and execute corresponding corrective actions.

· Analyze fleet data and performance trends to uncover systemic issues and determine their root causes.

· Collaborate with Controls, Product support and Technical Support Engineers to drive improvements in control algorithms, system health and reliability.

· Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides (TRGs).

Skills and Experience:

· 2+ years of experience working with DSC/SCADA environment

· Technical knowledge of mechanical systems, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID, plumbing and valve operation)

· Demonstrates a consistently positive, solutions-oriented mindset aligned with organizational expectations

· Exhibits a foundational understanding of Bloom fuel cell functionality, with the ability to recognize and support essential aspects of islanded system operation.

· Exhibits strong self-motivation and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

· Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for cross-functional coordination

· Proven ability to take initiative and execute responsibilities independently with minimal oversight

· Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related productivity tools

· Willingness and ability to support a 24/7 operational environment as required by business needs

· Ability to work assigned 8-hour shifts as part of a full-coverage, around-the-clock operational model
