Pre-Go-Live Training

Where possible, ATOs are expected to join before the February 2027 go-live and work in our existing warehouse operation before transitioning to the new operation.

The purpose is to gain practical experience in customer warehouse processes, systems, safety requirements, and working standards.

The team is expected to understand the basic operation before the new warehouse commences, rather than beginning training after go-live.

Why This Role

You will join as one of the first operational members of the new Global Warehouse in Japan.

Before the new warehouse commences operations, you will have the opportunity to receive hands-on training within our existing customer operation and learn its warehouse processes, systems, safety standards, and material-handling practices.

As an initial member of the new team, you will have the opportunity to support the operation from the outset and build your experience as the operation grows.

This role also offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in forklift operation, inventory management, and warehouse systems, with the potential to take on broader responsibilities in the future.
