Senior Operator – Commissioning Industry: Oil & Gas / EPC Department: Operations & Commissioning Reports To: Commissioning Supervisor Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Operator – Commissioning to support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for an Oil & Gas project. The candidate will be responsible for safe field operations, equipment monitoring, and ensuring compliance with project safety standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. Operate and monitor pumps, compressors, valves, and other process equipment. Conduct flushing, leak testing, purging, and system checks. Follow HSSE, PTW, LOTO, and equipment isolation procedures. Coordinate with control room teams and report operational issues. Support equipment testing, troubleshooting, and system handover. Requirements Desired Candidate Profile: Technical diploma or certificate in Process Operations, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. At least 3 years of commissioning and start-up experience. Experience in gas processing, refining, or petrochemical plants. Knowledge of P&IDs, process equipment, and safety procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
