
Responsibilities
Identify training needs, design, develop and deliver fit-for-purpose operations training for existing and future new railway lines
Conduct training needs analysis and attend relevant training and qualification meetings to propose quality training solutions in meeting business partners’ requirements
Design and develop Operations and Railway Safety related training programmes
Conduct and evaluate training to ensure trainees are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude, and are competent to meet the required service and safety standards
Recommend, co-develop and implement new training methodologies in enriching current and future training curriculum effectiveness
Propose and implement ideas to maximise team synergy and enhance working efficiency
