We are seeking a driven and capable Senior Operations Specialist to support Decima International's business operations across the US and MENA offices. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, coordinate activities across regional offices, manage external operational requirements, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and compliance across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee daily business operations across the US and MENA offices.
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication between office locations.
• Streamline operations and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.
• Address operational issues promptly and escalate risks when necessary.
• Maintain and manage external requirements, including legal, accounting, state, and regulatory obligations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Support procurement-related activities and vendor coordination.
• Support budget planning, budget tracking, and cost-control initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support business objectives and workflow efficiency.
• Support client-facing operational requirements as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, trackers, and follow-up logs.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong experience in operations management or business operations.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple offices or regions.
• Strong knowledge of legal, accounting, business operations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Experience supporting budget planning, tracking, and cost control.
• Experience preparing operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working in a fast-paced professional services or consultancy environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consultancy or professional services operations.
• Exposure to procurement, compliance, and vendor management functions.
• Experience working with international or regional teams.
• Familiarity with operations reporting tools and budget tracking systems.
• Strong process improvement and workflow optimization experience.
• Client-facing communication experience.
