Senior Operations Specialist (f/m/d)
Workload: 80–100%

Join Axpo Polska Sp. z o.o. and help shape the future of energy! As a Senior Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving, automating, and standardizing operational processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

What you will do:

• Analyze and test new solutions to optimize workflows and processes.

• Develop and improve systems for data handling, billing, customer care, and supplier changes.

• Automate mass workflows and document processing for seamless operations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on KPIs.

• Manage settlements for power and gas contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborate with teams across Risk, Accounting, Trading, and Key Accounts to ensure smooth operations.

• Lead improvement initiatives and solve complex problems independently.

What you bring & who you are:

• Master’s degree, ideally in Economics or IT.

• Strong understanding of workflows involving data and document processing.

• Experience in process efficiency, optimization, and automation.

• Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.

• Ideally, familiarity with the Polish energy and gas industry.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a pragmatic approach.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
