As a Senior Operations Specialist (Marketplace), you will be responsible for managing and improving key marketplace performance metrics across Thailand. You will analyse operational trends, monitor incentive efficiency, and develop strategies to maintain a healthy balance between rider demand and driver supply.

This role requires a highly analytical and execution-focused individual who can turn insights into action quickly. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across local and HQ teams to improve marketplace efficiency, support growth initiatives, and deliver a seamless experience for both riders and drivers.

• <point>Partner with local and HQ teams to improve marketplace efficiency using rider and driver insights, competitor analysis, and structured experimentation</point>

• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English and Thai</point>

• <point>You’re execution-focused and move fast from strategy to action</point>
• <point>You have a strong understanding of Thailand’s mobility landscape and local market dynamics</point>
• <point>You are customer-oriented and driven to improve rider and driver experience</point>
