• 
  Project Coordination:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for international branches and Business Development teams to gather, categorize, and maintain all essential documentation for new franchise setups.
• 
  Launch Management:
  Direct the end-to-end pre-opening process for franchisees, overseeing timelines for interior design, site construction, initial inventory stocking, and grand opening assets.
• 
  Marketing Integration:
  Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure all promotional collateral for upcoming locations is produced and delivered on schedule.
• 
  Training Administration:
  Support the Training division by disseminating operational notices and curriculum to the network, while tracking and reporting on staff registration and participation.
• 
  Financial Oversight:
  Work closely with the Finance unit to manage and reconcile various payments, including location scouting fees, architectural costs, engineering expenses, and ongoing support royalties.
• 
  Supply Chain Liaison:
  Monitor logistics and warehouse status to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared, dispatched, and tracked accurately.
• 
  Distributor Support:
  Supervise and guide national distributors regarding warehouse leasing milestones and operational best practices.
• 
  Conflict Resolution:
  Act as the lead mediator for franchisee inquiries or grievances during the setup phase, coordinating with internal departments to provide swift solutions.
• 
  Leadership Support:
  Execute additional strategic tasks and operational duties as requested by senior leadership.

Requirements

• 
  Must be fully bilingual in Mandarin and English to effectively lead store setups, interpret technical layouts, and manage cross-border communications.
• 
  Competent in fundamental operational math, including the ability to forecast revenue, analyze store performance, and estimate overhead costs.
• 
  Exceptional ability to identify potential bottlenecks, adapt to changing environments, and implement effective solutions under pressure.
•
