
The Senior Operations Manager – Sleep Services is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, performance management, and regulatory oversight of sleep lab services across the Charleston division. This role provides direct operational management for Charleston and Shawn Jenkins and structured oversight for Orangeburg and Bluffton.
The position is execution-focused and accountable for stabilizing operations, strengthening supervisory leadership, enforcing policy adherence, optimizing staffing models, and improving quality and financial performance. The Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader for the division and works in close partnership with the Executive Director to ensure strategic priorities are effectively implemented at the site level.
