• Manage labour budgets, staffing levels, scheduling, and operational resources
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Recognize strong performance and address concerns when needed
• Create an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and set up for success
• Develop strong working relationships with client stakeholders and site partners
• Use data, reporting, and technology to identify opportunities and improve results
• Support special projects, other duties, events, and changing operational requirements
Who You Are
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, property services, or a related industry
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing budgets, labour, and operational performance
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust with people at all levels
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in when your team needs support
• The ability to stay organized and focused when priorities shift throughout the day
• Strong KPI management and reporting experience
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to obtain and maintain company and/or client required security clearances
