
Eurostar is looking for a Terminal Operations Manager to lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operations at its UK terminals in Amsterdam and Rotterdam
Acting as Eurostar’s senior operational representative on site, you are the key decision‑maker during duty periods, ensuring safe, reliable and customer‑focused operations in both normal and disrupted situations. You work at the heart of a complex operational environment, coordinating internal teams, external partners and contracted service providers involved in security, customer service, PRM assistance and terminal facilities.
This role does not include direct line management but requires strong functional, on‑the‑ground leadership, relying on influence, expertise and operational credibility to align multiple stakeholders around shared safety, service and performance objectives.
You report to the Head of Belgian, Dutch and German Stations and play an active role in identifying operational improvements, strengthening safety culture and enhancing the passenger experience across Eurostar‑controlled terminal areas.

Als senior operationeel aanspreekpunt ter plaatse ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de terminalactiviteiten en fungeer je als beslissingsnemer tijdens je wachtdiensten. Je verzekert een veilige, betrouwbare en klantgerichte operatie, zowel in normale omstandigheden als bij verstoringen.
Je werkt in een complexe operationele omgeving waarin je nauw samenwerkt met interne teams, externe partners en gecontracteerde dienstverleners (security, customer service, PRM‑assistentie en facilities). De functie omvat geen hiërarchische lijnverantwoordelijkheid, maar vereist sterk functioneel leiderschap, gebaseerd op samenwerking, invloed en operationele expertise.
Je rapporteert aan de Head of Belgian, Dutch and German Stations en draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering, veiligheidsbewustzijn en een consistente passagierservaring binnen de Eurostar‑terminals.
