About the Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of IT operations across key client accounts. The successful candidate will ensure seamless service delivery, drive operational excellence, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
You will play a critical role in managing large-scale operations, collaborating with global teams, and aligning IT services with business objectives to support growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of IT operations across key client accounts
- Lead IT service delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and high performance
- Conduct regular service and operational reviews with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimise costs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and information security standards
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams
- Oversee incident management, including tracking major incidents and improving resolution processes
- Manage day-to-day operations, including site engagement, asset management, and service standards
- Lead project management activities such as new implementations, transitions, and site setups
- Collaborate with global teams across regions to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant degree required; postgraduate qualification advantageous
- 12 to 14 years’ experience in IT operations or service delivery within large-scale environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology operations
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, systems, voice, and business applications
- ITIL or other IT service management certifications advantageous
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT operations and business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project and Visio
- Experience managing large-scale user environments
- Exposure to implementations, transitions, and greenfield environments beneficial
