Proven experience managing operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Strong expertise in automation, digitalization, and data analytics to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, Lean manufacturing, and shopfloor operational excellence.

Strong customer focus with the ability to balance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development
