• Site Head / Plant Director / Head of Operations
• VP Manufacturing / VP Operations
• Industrial Director / Director of Manufacturing

Functional scope of our recurring mandates

• Leadership of GMP manufacturing sites (production, packaging, biologics, sterile, fill & finish)
• Industrial transformation, capacity ramp-up, CAPEX projects
• Operational excellence, regulatory compliance, multi-site leadership

Profile criteria for inclusion in our pipeline

• Minimum 12 years of experience in pharma / biotech / MedTech environments under GMP
• Proven track record leading a manufacturing site (>150 employees) or a corporate Operations function
• Strong command of EU GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 frameworks
• Mobility within Switzerland, France, Belgium, or openness to broader European mobility
• Fluency in English required; French and/or German highly valued
