Reporting to the IWC Regional Head of Operations, the Senior Operations Executive will play a vital role in our organization by driving operational excellence and ensuring a seamless sales planning and distribution process. You will be instrumental in optimizing stock management, providing critical support to our boutiques and partners, and delivering insightful business analytics. Your proactive approach, problem-solving skills and dedication to service will directly contribute to our market performance and the overall success of our Maison.
Merchandising & Stock operation management (40%):
Be the key user for all Sales Operations related tasks
Network Support & Relationship Management (40%)
Be the point of entry for requests of internal boutiques, area managers and wholesale partners
Business Analytics & Forecasting (10%)
Be of support to understand the performance of the market
Systems & Process Governance – SAP / Booster (10%)
