Responsibilities
Perform assigned operational tasks related to enrollment, administration, ongoing client servicing, and special activities in accordance with defined procedures.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of data and transactions to meet service standards and internal timelines.
Maintain operational records and documentation in line with standard operating procedures.
Support the preparation of basic operational and utilization reports, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
Assist in identifying data discrepancies or operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
Follow internal policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards in all operational activities.
Support team members in implementing process updates, system changes, or new operational requirements.
Use operational systems and tools effectively to complete daily tasks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support smooth service delivery.
Requirements
4-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role within Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Financial Services
Basic understanding of operational processes and service delivery concepts.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry, validation, and documentation.
Willingness to learn and follow established processes and guidelines.
Good time management skills and ability to handle routine tasks with consistency.
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
