We’relooking for an experienced Senior Operations Managerto lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced BPO/contactcentreenvironment In this role,you’lldrive operational excellence, strengthen client performance, and help create exceptional experiences for both customers and employees.

WhatYou’llBe Doing
1. Drive operational and commercial performance
Lead programs to achieve SLAs, quality standards, and financial targets
Manage revenue, profitability, margins, billing, seatutilisation, and retention
Analyseperformance trends and implement improvement plans
Ensure compliance with client contracts and Concentrix standards
2. Lead and develop high-performing teams
Coach Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and their teams
Oversee training, development, performance management, and succession planning
Conduct regular one-to-ones and support career development
Foster a positive, high-performance culture through engagement and recognition
3. Build trusted client relationships
Act as a strategic partner, understanding client goals and expectations
Monitor satisfaction, lead business reviews, and communicate performance clearly
Drive confidence through strong delivery and proactive problem-solving
Partner with Business Developmentto support account growth opportunities
4. Champion collaboration and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, TA, IT, Finance, Legal, and Facilities
Turn operational insight into actions that improve performance and efficiency
Lead through change with agility and professionalism
Stay informed on industry trends, technology, and vendor relationships
WhatWe’reLooking For
Significant management experience within a BPO/contactcentreenvironment
Minimum 3 years’ experienceas a Senior Operations Manager
Minimum 5 years’ experienceas an OperationsManager
Salesexperienceis highly beneficial
Experience supporting business growth or client opportunities is an advantage
Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
Proven ability toanalyseperformance and improve processes
Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Able to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities
