Boeing’s Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Onboarding Focal to join our Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) team in Tukwila, WA
In this role you will be a subject matter expert in employee onboarding and workforce management. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving the systems, tools and processes that support new employee integration and long-term workforce capability across multi-site and cross-functional environments.
Embedded within the PACE team, this position serves as the functional authority on workforce readiness, ensuring that onboarding infrastructure and planning frameworks directly support operational continuity and performance objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
Design and execute operational onboarding, ensuring new hires achieve independent operational readiness rapidly
Continuously evaluate and enhance onboarding processes through workforce analytics, stakeholder feedback and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and long-term workforce capability
Establish and codify onboarding standards and scalable operating procedures
Build and maintain a hiring and onboarding platform that serves as the single source of truth for people managers across workforce onboarding and employee readiness activities
Develop and lead a comprehensive workforce management strategy that aligns current operational demands with long-term organizational priorities and future capability needs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing or onboarding
5+ years of experience leading end to end development and execution of complex workforce change plans
5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects
5+ years of partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience designing scalable employee onboarding programs
Experience with balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience with facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with clear milestones, owner accountability and disciplined execution

Pay Range: $126,650 - $171,350
