Position Requirements

​​​​​​​What Experience You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, client journey design, strategy, or channel management.
• Prior experience in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of paid, owned, and direct marketing channels and how they interact across the client journey.
• Data-driven mindset with a client-centric orientation; comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Ability to connect channel performance metrics to broader business outcomes and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

**Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.**
