Job Description

PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Senior Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, API-led architectures, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2 and Gen3), Oracle ATP, and enterprise integration design patterns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, ATP databases, on-premises systems, and third-party applications.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 7–10 years of overall integration experience with minimum:
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in OIC Gen3
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen2)
• Strong hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Mandatory functional knowledge and integration experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules, especially:
  • Order Management System (OMS)
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Product Information Management (PIM)
  • Customer Master / Customer Data Management
  • Pricing
  • ATP (Available-to-Promise) APIs
  • Supplier Master
• Experience designing and developing integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP services
  • SFTP/file-based integrations
  • Scheduled orchestrations
  • Event-driven integrations
  • Callback-based asynchronous integration patterns
• Strong experience working with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including:
  • Creating and consuming BIP reports
  • Fusion data extraction patterns
  • Integration data orchestration using BIP outputs
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle ATP (Autonomous Transaction Processing / Autonomous Database) for:
  • Integration staging
  • Transformation logic
  • Data reconciliation
  • Payload orchestration
• Hands-on experience reading data from ATP databases and dynamically constructing payloads for Fusion and third-party API integrations.
• Experience building integrations involving:
  • Third-party APIs
  • External platforms
  • API orchestration patterns
  • Strong expertise in: XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT, Complex mapping and transformation logic
  • Experience implementing parsing logic for: CSV files, XSLX files , XML and JSON payloads.
• Experience handling high-volume Oracle Fusion integrations using:
  • FBDI, HDL, Bulk APIs, Callback implementation patterns
• Strong understanding of:
  • Integration security
  • OAuth and certificate-based authentication
  • Error handling frameworks
  • Retry mechanisms
  • Global fault handling
  • Logging and monitoring frameworks
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration defects, transformation issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience supporting: SIT, UAT, Production deployments, Hypercare and post-go-live support
• Experience preparing:
  • High-Level Design (HLD)
  • Low-Level Design (LLD)
  • Sequence diagrams
  • Mapping specifications
  • Technical documentation
• Experience with DevOps and deployment management tools such as:
  • BitBucket, Jira, OCI DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business SMEs, functional consultants, architects, and third-party vendors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
• Experience working in large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM transformation programs
• Exposure to OCI services such as API Gateway, Functions, and Object Storage
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
