Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Senior Officer to oversee store
operations, manage stock effectively, and ensure smooth order processing and
dispatch. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate
stock management and timely material dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on Sales Orders (SO) to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Manage and maintain stock levels and inventory accuracy in the stores.
• Handle picking of materials based on sales orders and dispatch requirements.
• Coordinate and manage packing and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and verify packing lists for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain proper store documentation and records.
• Prepare MIS reports related to stock status and sales order progress.
• Ensure proper inventory control and adherence to store procedures
Skills & Competencies:
• Good knowledge of stores and inventory management practices.
• Ability to handle sales order tracking and dispatch coordination.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Attention to accuracy and documentation.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain /
Business Administration).
• Salary / Package: ₹3.5 – ₹4 Lakhs per annum.
• Gender: Male candidates only.
