In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering compulsory land acquisition and statutory land transaction outcomes for major transport infrastructure projects, this role will see you supporting and coordinating statutory land transactions to enable timely project delivery.
You will manage compulsory acquisition processes, coordinate possession and compensation activities, provide advice to project teams and senior leaders, and contribute to continuous improvement of land acquisition practices.
You will navigate statutory processes, stakeholder expectations and competing priorities to deliver fair, compliant, and timely land acquisition outcomes in a complex, highly regulated infrastructure delivery environment.

About you
Your strong legislative knowledge, stakeholder engagement capability and attention to detail, formed across government, property, land acquisition, infrastructure, planning or legal environments, will see you excel in coordinating compulsory acquisitions, managing compensation claims and providing accurate advice within statutory frameworks.
You will bring a balanced, customer focused, and ethical approach to sensitive negotiations and governance requirements, leading to positive stakeholder relationships, compliant statutory outcomes, and project milestone achievement.
You’re recognised as a trusted and resilient professional, skilled at applying legislation, managing complex land transactions and communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders, and experienced in statutory land dealings, compulsory acquisition processes, road corridor transactions, or property functions within regulated public sector settings.
