Job Description

  • Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures across the plant.
  • Supervise access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security.
  • Conduct routine security checks, patrols, and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and assist in investigations.
  • Support emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation drills.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for security-related matters.
  • Train and guide security staff to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Graduate degree or diploma in Security Management or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in industrial or plant security operations.
  • Familiarity with security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control.
  • Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in defense, law enforcement, or industrial security preferred.
  • Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations effectively.
