Reporting to Section Head / Manager, you will assist in formulating strategies and enhancing workflow processes for Secured Lending Products, with the objective of driving portfolio and revenue growth while achieving business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis to support business initiatives
• Enhance secured lending product features with a strong customer-centric focus to improve value proposition and competitiveness
• Review and streamline end-to-end processes and workflows to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan and execute promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance by aligning product offerings, policies and procedures with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the Product Manager in executing product development tasks and project deliverables
• Handle routine administrative duties and reporting to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the banking industry
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
