Job Description

• Qualification: BBA, MBA or BE/BS (IM or Textile)
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Develop an extensive resource-wise plan for dipping, stitching, and packing by every month end, incorporating demand from confirmed orders and stocking plans, in collaboration with the production team.
• Confirm all incoming orders within a lead time, ensuring timely shipment from all stages by the targeted date without any On-Time In Full issues.
• Coordinate and aggressively follow up with the material planner and material planning lead to ensure optimal supplies of liners, chemicals, and packaging materials, facilitating smooth execution of production plans.
• Establish and maintain safety stock levels for critical plied yarns, liners, and terry in collaboration with the Material Planning team, anticipating high demand.
• Monitor the productivity of the dipping plant against the plan, circulating daily reports.
• Resolve or escalate issues if production deviates from the plan, ensuring no dipping plan is affected due to material unavailability or production delays.
• Ensure timely issuance of all Process Orders across production areas, complying with provided SOPs.
• Verify correct Bills of Materials and Recipes in SAP, coordinating timely with relevant stakeholders.
