The Senior Officer supports the delivery of system solutions for new product launches and product campaigns by assisting in business analysis, requirement documentation, and testing activities.
This role works closely with IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are properly tested, and system outputs meet business needs.

s:

• Support business requirement gathering for quotation and campaign systems by documenting functional requirements, process flows, and user stories under guidance of the Project Manager.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test case preparation, test execution, defect logging, and retesting to ensure system quality.
• Support implementation activities including post-launch monitoring and end-user support.
• Work closely with the Campaign team to streamline, standardize, and automate procedures supporting campaign production and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain proper documentation, including requirement specifications, test cases, and change logs, to support auditability and knowledge transfer.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and project support activities as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, system support, or project support roles, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, preferably product and campaign.
• Understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery concepts
• Hands-on experience in prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan and execution of UAT.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
