Job Description

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E Electrical/Mechanical
• Experience: At least 2-4 Years of relevant experience 

Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure safe and efficient operation of manufacturing plants with minimal downtime and high plant performance. 
• 
  Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major failures and implement corrective / preventive actions to prevent recurrence. 
• 
  Execute plant improvement, modification, and expansion projects in line with business needs. 
• 
  Drive initiatives to meet Sustainability Targets through energy optimization projects. 
• 
  Utilization of maintenance budget in the best efficient manner while ensuring plants health are maintained.
  Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize productivity and minimize conflict. 
• Analyze plant performance data, including equipment failure rates and energy consumption, to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction. 
• Cross coordination with internal customers on day-to-day basis for execution of required tasks timely without any delay. 
• Ensure optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
  Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
