Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Senior Officer - Operation Services (4 months contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to centre services, handle incubatee enquiries, move-in/out logistics, office relocation and license preparation. 
• Handle briefing session and introduce incubation centre services to new incubatees.
• Review the access card application and membership by coordinating with Incubatee and Account Managers 
• Provide monthly reporting and assist to update record for related policy, procedures and documentations 
• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

• Associate degree graduate or above with a min of 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service and general administration support
• Good team player and willing to go for extra miles
• Attentive to details, organized, self-motivated with mature personality
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word processing
