Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Senior Officer/ Officer, Co-development

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in liasing with potential partners for joint programme development and implementation such as drafting proposals, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings, events, and exhibitions
• Conduct the desktop research on industry trend for local and overseas partners scouting
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data and performance metrics of co-developed programmes
• Handle overall administrative duties including management reporting, procurement, and documentation
• Ensure all processes and procedures in compliance with the established guidelines and regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or other related disciplines
• 3 years work experience, preferably in programme administration or programme coordination, preferably in a technology, startup, or innovation-focused environment; Candidate with less experience will be considered for Officer.
• Experience in client-facing and relationship management is an advantage
• Good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Mature and independent, detail-oriented and ability to work in multitasking and under tight timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
