Responsibilities

What effort do you need to make for this role?

• Formula and implement different marketing programs (Offline and Online) to drive sales and achieve business targets
• Develop marketing collaterals and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth launch of marketing programs
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and web programmers to ensure all marketing materials (Offline and Online) are of high standards
• Plan events from start to finish for sales team exposure and sales lead generation
• Explore new channels to engage with potential customers
• Conduct post-program evaluation and collect feedback form various channels on marketing programs for continuous improvement

Let's check if you are/ have

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 4-6 years of solid working experience in the field of marketing (with both Offline and Online marketing experience preferred)
• Self-motived team player with strong project management and interpersonal skills, result-oriented and able to meet tight timelines
• Innovative and loves to generate new ideas
• Event management experience will be advantageous
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
