Job Description

Key Highlights

• Identify existing-to-bank and pursue new-to-bank customers through targeted outreach and networking initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients, enhancing our market presence.
• Responsible for growing the bank's treasury business by acquiring and managing corporate clients who require treasury products and services. Their main focus is on selling and structuring treasury solutions, including foreign exchange (FX) and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and onboard corporate clients with treasury needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring they utilize treasury products effectively.

1. Sales & Advisory

• Offer treasury solutions such as FX hedging, derivatives, liquidity management, and investment solutions.
• Advise clients on market trends, currency risks, and interest rate movements.

1. Market & Risk Analysis

• Monitor financial markets and economic trends to provide insights to clients.

1. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Work closely with the Global Market team to create tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

1. Revenue Generation & Growth

• Drive revenue growth by increasing the bank’s share of treasury business.
• Meet sales targets through cross-selling and deepening client relationships.

Eligibility:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the treasury segment.
• Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to treasury products.
