Job Purpose

The Senior officer, Lease Management's job purpose is to perform lease management duties accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and documentation of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of tenancy agreements.
• Responsible for lease data creation in Simplicity, in an accurate and timely manner, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents
• Handle the tracking of deposits, payments, contact listings, checklists
• Other works related to lease management.
• Submission of URA quarterly reports and preparation of monthly tenancy reports.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Applicants who lack a diploma but have at least 5 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered
• Experience in Simplicity will be an added advantage
• Familiar with tenancy agreements

• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Organized and well versed with Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
