Job Description

Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Officer to join their team.

Senior Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP.
  • Assist in overseeing the coordination within the Infrastructure Financing and Securitisation Division.
  • Assist in monitoring and expediting the works relating to the various committees at the executive level.
  • Share departmental secretarial workload as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary educated with a minimum of 10 years' administrative experience supporting senior management in sizable organizations.
  • Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese (Putonghua a plus).
  • Excellent English writing skill a big plus.
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, multinational team environment a plus.
  • Good team player with positive attitude and flexibility to multitask.
  • Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
