In this role, you'll:

  • You've delivered executive committee secretariat work independently – managing governance calendars, writing quality minutes, drafting executive correspondence and coordinating processes across multiple forums simultaneously.
  • You write clearly and precisely for senior audiences. You understand what executives need to know and how to structure information for decision-making.
  • You manage competing priorities effectively. You've worked in fast-paced environments where deadlines overlap, last-minute changes happen and staying organised is essential. You know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently.
  • You have risk and benefits experience – maintaining registers, tracking performance, or coordinating reporting. You understand how governance, risk and benefits connect to program delivery.
  • You're detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. You're motivated by creating transparency and enabling good decisions through reliable governance delivery.
