In this role, you'll:
Work as part of the team supporting NSW Motorways to deliver consistent, transparent and accountable decision making across the organisation. This role will see you contribute to the development, coordination and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, policies, procedures and reporting mechanisms, while supporting executive and strategic committees, machinery of government processes and assurance activities.
You will build and embed high quality governance practices that drive compliance, strengthen oversight and support effective outcomes in a complex, fast paced public sector infrastructure and regulatory environment.

About you
You are an enterprise governance professional who understands that good governance enables outcomes - not just process. You are someone who can quickly get across the business, work with ambiguity, and contribute meaningfully from early on.
You bring:
· Experience leading enterprise governance, assurance or secretariat functions in complex or fast-paced environments
· Strong ability to produce high-quality executive documents, often under tight timeframes
· A practical, solutions-focused mindset - able to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable advice
· Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships across teams
· Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and shifting priorities enterprise enterprise enterprise
