Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E. Mechanical/Electrical 
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of dipping plants with minimal downtime and high mechanical integrity. 
• 
  Conduct Root Cause Analysis for major failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
• 
  Execute plant improvement, modification, and expansion projects in line with business needs. 
• 
  Drive initiatives to meet Sustainability Targets through energy optimization projects. 
• 
  Perform reliable repairs on all electronic equipment, ensuring minimum 6-month fault-free operation post-repair. 
• 
  Achieve 100% resolution of automation, instrumentation, and servo system breakdowns. 
• 
  Maintain 100% functionality of Programmable Logic Controller and related equipment. Reverse engineer control logics when PLC programs are unavailable.
• 
  Ensure optimal inventory levels of critical electrical & instrumentation (E&I) spares. 
• 
  Implement and comply with E&I-related engineering projects. 
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
