In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering digitisation and digital asset management services that support the preservation and accessibility of Transport’s cultural heritage collections, this role will see you undertake high‑quality digitisation of physical assets, manage digital files and metadata, and contribute to best‑practice digitisation workflows while building expertise in preservation, imaging and asset management practices.

You will build accurate, preservation‑grade digital assets and improve digitisation processes in a high‑volume, detail‑driven environment that balances asset care, technical standards and delivery timeframes

This role is a 12 month fixed term full time opportunity located at our Rozelle office.

About you


Your strong technical, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills, formed across digitisation, photography, imaging, collections management or heritage‑based environments, will see you excel in managing complex digitisation workflows, maintaining asset integrity and applying consistent standards to deliver reliable digital outcomes.

You’re recognised as methodical and quality‑focused, skilled at digital capture and file management, experienced in working with both physical and digital assets within structured, standards‑driven settings
